Detectives today arrested two
young men alleged to have robbed
John O'Haulon, Grand Rapids, Mich.
. O'Haulon said he was dragged into
a hallway and robber of $28. Police
. say they found the money on pris
oners. Frank D. Carlisle, 60, inmate of
soldiers' home at Grand Rapids,
Mich., killed by Illinois Central train
here.
John Vadicka leaped forty feet to
ground when fire attacked his home
-at 5737 S. 43d court. Broken arm,
leg and internal injuries. Two fami
lies in building had narrow escapes.
House burned to ground.
D. T. Olsen, president Union Linen
Supply Co., his wife, two children
and Mrs. Harry Wright, injured when
auto collided with their machine at
Lincoln and Devon avs. Mrs. Olsen's
arm broken. Bernice Olsen, 10, re
ceived broken leg. Others cut and
bruised. Second auto disappeared.

women injured at Hammond, Ind.,
when their auto truck overturned.
