Diggs to Miss Warrington after the
return from Reno warning her to be
on her guard against making certain
admissions.

was identified as being in Diggs'
handwriting. Devlin's cross-examination
of Kytha indicates the defense
will attack the contention that Diggs
wrote the Pickles or other letters.
