What is OCR?

following formula:
One ounce of cocoanut butter, 1
ounce of lanolin, y2 ounce of white
wax,y2 ouncej)f spermaceti, 2 ounces
of sweet almond-oil, 2 ounces of
orange flower water and 10 drops of
benzoin. Heat wax and oils and beat
in the orange water. Beat until per
fectly cold.
The nights you do not take the
sweat bath wash your hands, face
and neck with a 10 per cent solution
(of boracic acid made milky with a
few drops of benzoin. This treatment
will whiten your skin as rapidly as
anything I know. But it is a thousand
times better not to get brown in the
first place.
