OIL CUCUMBER PICKLES
. One hundred small cucumbers
(size of finger). Slice very thin with
out peeling. Sprinkle with one cuu
of salt and allow to stand three hours. -
Add six medium onions, sliced thin.
Drain. To a quart of vinegar add one
cup of best olive oil, two tablespoons
of yellow mustard seed and two
tablespoons of celery seed. Turn over
pickles and put into cans.
