PROTESTS IN BEILIS CASE
The Cook County Board of Com
missioners took official recognition of
the barbaric methods of the Russian
government at their' regular meet
ing yesterday when they passed a
resolution protesting against the trial
of Mendel Beilis.
They charge the Russian thronS

The resolution, will be sent to St.
