General Felix Diaz are fearful that
he may be arrested for refusal to
obey an order of Pres. Huerta to go
to Havana. Every member of Diaz's
party is a prisoner in barracks, await-;
ing court-martial for alleged insubor
dination for refusal to obey the same
Diaz is placed in a very peculiar
position. If he obeys Huerta's order
and goes to .Havana before the elecT
tions set for next Sunday, it will pre-
vent his election as president, as the
