It was announced yesterday, that
couples who fell victims to the "mar
riage mill of Chicago," whose cere
monies were performed by Justice of
the Peace' Edward R. Polk and his
fellow matrimonial quacks, may be
married without paying for it. Many
qouples. married by Justice of the

license bureau and obtained new li
censes to remarry.
