HOYNE NAMES LIST OF THOSE
WHO HAVE ESCAPED TAXES
The following is a statement given
out to the press by State's Attorney
Maclay Hoyne:
I have been requested to give the
names of additional persons or cor
porations who escaped the payment
of taxes during the year 1912 through
the consent of the county attorney's
office to the refusal of judgment for
taxes. I give these names, with the
amount of the taxes, arid the page
and the page of the Judgment Re
fused Docket on which they appear:
Docket No. 121 Chicago & Alton
Railway: County, $248.71; West
Park, $5.08; South Park, $118.24;
city, $173.14; sanitary district,
$170.82. Order" was entered in the
County Court by consent refusing
judgment; no amount stated.

Judgment refused for $335.80.

$568.84. Judgment refused.
