CERTIFIED COUPLE UNITE IN PURE MARRIAGE
Benjamin R. Bell and ihs fiancee,
Miss Laura Van Slyke, reading his
San Francisco, Cal. California
has just submitted to its first eugenic
wedding. Benjamin R. Bell, of Fort
Wayne, Ind., and Miss Laura Van
Slyke; of Oakland, Cal., were recently
united here in a wedding guaranteed
to be chemically pure. Both,the bride
and bridegroom-were thoroughly dis
infected with, health certificates, sign
ed and sworn to by perfectly reput
Both the bride's and the groom's

health. And the bride's also specified
that this robust young lady was "a

"after the ceremohey we will have
three certificates to', frame-these,
and the marriage one' Then the
