LITTLE KALEM ATRESS,16 YEARS OLD, IS THE
YOUNGEST STAR IN FILMDOM
Margaret Courtot, the new "Kalem beauty," is only 16 years old and is
known as the "youngest star in filmdom." '
This little actress made her debut about a year ago. She was born in
Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to her entering the Kalem employ she had not
had a day's professional experience in her life.
She soon showed her ability, notably in the role of "Zoe" in Dion
Boucicault's' drama, "The Octoroon," in the part of Emmeline in "Uncle
