LATEST- EDICT FOR MILADY OF
fc TROUSER-SKIRT
. They say this is the very latest
i'ashion the trouser-skirt. Some
skirt, no? It is a cross between a
pair of khaki riding breeches and a
flounce. Some say it is slightly re
lated to the dickey, but we don't be
lieve .it. There are those who say t
is going to be very popular this
spring tbut we don't believe that,
either. Those who wear it claini it
is practical (and. that is all they do
claim for it, too). It's greatest ad
vantage is that a lady can take a long
step in it or do a broad jump in it,
either, for that matter. We don't go
on record as recommending this
skirt, however; recommending skirts
isn't our business, but publishing pic
tures of them is.
Belts are quite popularfor many
occasions.
