TWO FOUJMD DEAD IN' FIRE
1 , BELIEVED ROBBERS' WORK
S Siouxlty, S. D., April 18. The
bqdies o;wH. Menzie, manager of
tlie Farmers' Elevator TGo. and his
bookkeeper, Miss Blanche Signal,
were-found in the ruins of the com
pany building, following a fire last
night. The hands-and feet of the
man and woman were tied fast with
wires and both 'had evidently been
gagged. The safe was found open
and it is the'opinion of the police that
it was the'work of robbers.

. PROBE LOUDERBACK DEATH r
Police today started an investiga
tion following the verdict of the cor
oner's jUry that De Lancey H. Loud
erback, millionaire Tailroad builder-,'
died of cyanide poisoning.
A sensation was introduced when
a man calling himself "Alfred Loud
erback, Jr.,", asked that a "Mrs. Hop
Tons" be summoned to tell what she
knew of Louderback's death.
She was not called.
