There are the fluffy ruffle tunics
Greek tunics and cassaque tunics.
The one illustrated is of white em
broidered chiffon over a white satin
under-frbck.
Tfie model is not so popular as the
ruffled tunic, but it will probably be
worn more'in the fall.

young, has just set out upon an ex
tensive lecture tour of Australia and
New Zealand.
She is one of the women who be
lieves that life is prolonged and
youth retained by activity.

To clean sultanas quickly place the
fruit in a floured cloth. Tie the ends
of the cloth and shake well for five
minutes The stalks will" fall off and
the fruit will be clean for using.
