Beat two eggs light and add orie
tablespoon of cream and two cups
of chopped cold pork, one-half, cup
of cracker crumbs, one tablespoon of
minced parsley, a few drops of onion
juice, pepper and salt to taste. Mix
all together Roll into loaf or put in
to well-greased baking powder cans
and allow to stand three or four
hours. When ready to use cut into
slices half an mch thick. Dip in egg
and roll in fine bread crumbs and. fry
in deep fat.
CARROT CHEESE BALLS
Cottage, neufchatel, or any soft
cheese, made into small balls rolled
in raw carrots that have been chop
ped fine. Try this with a salad.
APRON OVERSKIRT" ON SMART
