LINDSEY CHARGES AN OFFICER WITH FALE STATEMENTS New York, May 29, Judge Ben Lindsey of Denver caused a sensation at .the hearings before the Uilited States industrial commission by flatly ' accusing Major Edward J. Bough ton of the Colorado militia of making false statements in regard to" the fighting at the Ludlow tent colony where 11 women and children" were burned or shot to death.
