The U. S. Senate lias wisely cut
$257,000 from the agricultural appro
priation bill, which was to be spent
on free seeds. The only crop pro
duced by the free seed distribution is
a crop of politics. ,
When storing silver for the sum
mer, wrap each piece separately in a
sheet of waxed paper, and when it is
unrolled for use again in the fall it
will be found as bright and" clean as
waenwrapped.
