subject in his discussion of boys and
their chances "to play and have fun."

let them play around the "corner"
voiced a grievance that exists in "the
hearts,of thousands of boys in Chi
cago. In answer to his letter Mr. Cochran
has advanced some ideas. They're
human ideas and, after looking them
over, I believe they're practical and
could be put over with little expense
to the city.
Just think what it would mean to
the boys and what a big boost to
moralty it would mean if every owner
of vacant property would let the "kids;
