OAK PARK "L" SAYS NIX
The Oak Park "L" refused to obey
the order of the public utilities com
mission to elevate its tracks west of
Laramie av. and to stop all trains at
each street intersection until the
tracks have been elevated.
Everett Jennings, attorney for the
commission, intends filing suit
against the road immediately. The
order of the commission became ef
fective Tuesday. ,
