NW PENSION BILL IS GREAT

fPRAISES TORRENS SYSTEM
The Torrens system of property
registration was given a boost last
night when the Torrens committee
of the Cook County Real Estate
Board met to discuss its merits.

Charles T. Farson, formerly chief ex
apalner of titles at the Torrens office.

"I firmly believe that all registry of
property eventually will be under the
Torrens system. It will not be long
before there is a compete realization
of. its advantages and every one will
be glad to accept them."
