MUCH DEPENDS ON PROPER DANCING POSI
TION, SAYS JOAN SAWYER
Figure Showing Correct Dancing Position.
Much of the charm of dancing depends upon the position assumed by
the dancers. An awkward position will spoil that which is otherwise good.
Do not stand too close together nor too par apart. An easy, graceful dis
tance is best. Gentleman's right hand with fingers closed should rest
against the lady's back. The lady's left elbow rests over the gentleman's
right arm.
