cisco. Vice-Pres. Marshall is Presi
dent Wilson's representative at the
World's Fair. The acuteness of the
European situation prevented the
President attending in person.

PARK COMMISIONERS PLAN FOR
GARDENS AND TRUCK FARMS
Active co-operation to the move
ment to establish gardens and truck
farms is promised by the special park
commission The playground body is
offering advice and directions to all
who intend using vacant property tor
gardening or farming on a small
scale.
Names of those who have vacant
property which they are willing to
give over for farming are sought by
the commission. These will be turned
over to poor people.
