Ne roione, 55, a manufacturer of toy balloons at 446 N. Franklin st When Neroione was brought before Judge Psher three little school girls came and told their stories. What they said cannot be repeated here. In low, scared voices' they told of orgies and debauches that horrified even the hardened court people. Neroiqne is now charged with com mitting crimes against children. His bond has been fixed at $3,000 until he can be given another hearing June 10. The little girls are Josie Koluski, 13; Mary Tesch, 12; Frances Eomusi, 14. According to the story they told today they have been callers at the shop of the balloonmaker. Neroione, an Italian, has long been suspected. Mrs. Skinner, a social service worker, has been on duty on the case. His arrest followed the finding of the following note on the school floor: "Frances, are you going to the bloon man tomoro", anser yes or no." Below was .written, "Yes, I am. Frances."
