1 waded through Walter Fisher's. well-known opinion yesterday and
heard Sam Ettelson let off steam at the council committee last night, and
I didn't think what either of them had to say was worth the time it took
to read or hear it
Much of Fisher's long-winded opinion was made up of what some court
