tion ran him amuck in Judge Wells
This is the same Dud who reared
.and ramped in the. waitress .case and
who afterward went to Springfield to
'try and show the state legislature
that women workers liked to work
The commonest accusation that
has been 'made against him is that of
exaggeration. He was called to time
for this in both the waitress' case
and the fight for lower hours for
women in Springfield.
Two union lathers were the object
of his wrath in Judge Wells' court to
day. He charged them with rioting.
When Att'y Wm. H. Cunnea had
.made a joke of Dud for his "riot"
charge, Judge Wells took a fall out
of him. Then he threw the case out
of court. i
