Reports at the Teachers' Federa
tion office today had it that when
State's Att'y Hoyne gets back from
California next week one of his first
moves will be to call Senators W.
Duff Piercy, Kent Keller-and othr
witnesses to testify before the grand
jury.
They will be asked how state sen
ate records could be fixed so the sen
ate looks as though it took action it
didn't take at all, at all.

Dan Schuyler, lawyer for the State
Street Stores ass'n, is the Illinois sen-
