Louis Nathan, 929 S. Wood, says he killed horse with auto. Harry Douer drowned in Des plaines river near Forest Park. Ad dress unknown. Unidentified man killed by North western train at River Grove junc tion. Peter Sliza, 2347 Clybourn av., and Kuba Novak, 1703 Wrightwood av., cut in fight at 2417 Clybourn. Martin Schroeder, police operator, W. 13th st. station, held up. Three men took gun and $5. John W. Squires, druggist, 2001 N. Oakley av., arrested for practicing without pharmacist's license. Joseph Lizak. 945 W. Chicago av., hit by motorcycle of Frank Krause, 1844 Allport. Krause arrested. Sergt. Ed Birmingham picked up auto stolen from Mark Abrams, 670 N. Clark, at Franklin and Institute pi. Edward Anas, 12, 219 W. Wendell, may die; Ernest Bachin, 938 Wells, also hurt when scaffolding broke at Superior and lake. Neil McDougal, gentleman burglar suspect, locked up on North Side. Not identified by supposed victims. Stephen Lass, 1245 Barry av., tow erman for St. Paul railroad, had sev eral ribs broken when he fell among levers. Wm. Marple, 4642 Drexel av., re ported burglary of ?600 while family were absent from home. Stanley Seman held by South Chi cago police. Caught in park with three young girls. Mrs. Jas. O. Marlett, 5332 Wood lawn av., lost pocketbook to negro snatcher while standing near home. Unidentified man stumbled over a railing and fell 12 feet to cement pavement at 460 W. Chicago av. Dead. Mrs. Ellen Dooley, 1554 W. 13th, had purse taken by man at 12th and Wood. Unknown man about 45 dying in County hospital. Assaulted by Frank Parzysz, saloonkeeper, 903 N. Racine av. Parzysz arrested. Alex Songaglo, 2317 W. 48th, ar rested after fireman found blazes in three parfis of home. Three men called Sam Ferrera, 722 Bunker st, from home. Shot him three times. May die. Louis Jost, 11, 326 N. Avers av., runaway, arrested in Kalamazoo, j Mich. Mother sent money for boy's fare. He escaped meanwhile. Mistaken signals caused ( Herman Christman, 6132 Prairie av., lost $22 to three holdup men at Diversey blvd and Lincoln parkway. Abe Yachnes, 1911 Taylor, arrest ed for stealing his engagement ring from former, sweetheart, Rose Dances, 700 Laflin. Wm. Schneider, 3755 Dickens av.,' lost $8 to five men at Clark and Erie.
