Julia stared into his face incred
ulously, and began weeping for joy.
"Where's Jim?" asked Abner pres
ently. The boy came to his bedside and
stood looking athlm, half sheepishly,
half in hope.
"You'd better bring them painting
things of yours in here, Jim," said
Abner. "I'm going to have the gar
ret fitted up as a workshop for you."
But it was not until he was con
valescent that he realized that the
dream of the spirit world was true.

Roscoe Arbuckle has just returned
from an auto tour in Southern Cali
fornia. He covered 750 miles in 3
days. He was held up several times
by crowds who recognized him and
insisted upon him "Keystoning" a bit
before he was allowed to proceed.
Donald C. Thompson, Paramount

Greece, where he expects to get pic
