Chicago Title and Trust Co,
Over twenty years ago voters of
Cook county by overwhelming ma
jority voted to establish and operate
the Torrens land title system. Elec
tion was Nov. 5, 1895, and there
were 82,536 votes for the Torrens
system and 5,279 against.
Yet for 20 years there have, been
forces at work here in Cook1 county.

actions and forces moving toward
enforcement now in 1915 of the will
