Francisco Villa was believed today to be leading 4,000 loyal followers into mountains of Chihuahua to continue his fight against Carranzista government Immediate peace in Mexico, which seemed to be in sight early yester day, was blasted by failure of a "peace conference" to provide am nesty for Villa when Villista con ferees formally surrendered and joined Carranza forces. Thus reinforced Carranzistas ex pect to put down Villa insurrection finally in near future. They strong ly hoped, however, that Gen.
