The military hat with the chin strap just like Tommy Atkins wears is
the newest of new ideas in military headgear for women. Some are made
in leather effects witlf a' military plume as well as the chin strap. The
straps are sometimes-made of lightmetal links, for metal is popular now
for trimminer effects in women's fashions.
