GAS COMPANY FINED
History was made yesterday. Judge
Frederick Hill fined the Peoples Gas
Light & Gok'e Co. $50 and costs in
four cases for failing to live up to
the provisions, of its franchise. It is
the first tiin they have been fined
since the francnise .went into effect
