tion Friday. In apparently youthful
handwriting the captain was warned

He blames either school children
of the Goodrich school, Sangamon
and Taylor sts., or saloon rowdies.
Several students were hauled up into
the station. the other day and lec
tured because of a number of broken
windows in the neighborhood.
