Military um brella is short-handled and it swings from the wrist on a loop of silk drawn through the top of the handle. The bonnet has come back to the millinery family circle. And not for grandmamma, but for the "flapper" and her big sister. A quaint model made for early spring wear is Bur gundy colored in pliable hemp, trimmed high in the hack with loops of faille ribbon and a stick-up of nov elty flowers. Everybody's wearing them, but the kid shoes of smoke gray are losing some of their popularity. Before you decide on serge or gab ardine for the new spring street suit, cast your eye on this new pinseal, a material just brought out in a light er weight than serge, and in such fresh spring-like colors as blue and white, brown and white and -black and white pin checks,
