taken into court, as no one appeared

Saturday night Bessie Schneider,
1023 N. Wood st, and Sarah JLengor,
1457 S. Hamlin av., were arrested on
warrants obtained on affidavit of
same girl, Stella Siezco, who claimed
that they had annoyed her by calling
at her home. She was taken to the
station in the bosses' automobile to
appear against the girls, who obtain
ed jury trials.
Fannia Cohen, organizer of the La
dies' Garmen Workers' ass'n, asked
the girl -why she had sworn out a war
rant against Sarah Lengor, who did
not eVen know khere she lived, and
the Seizco girl said she didn't know
anything about it
Usual police tactics have marked
this strike,, further .enhanced by the
firm's line-up of plaio-clothes cops;
