WARRANT FOR ALLEGED AGENT
OF WHITE SLAVE GANG
A warrant for the woman supposed
to have been the procuress of the
State street department store white
slave gang, exposed by Ass't State's
Att'y Rob't Hogan, was issued yes
terday. The police are seeking her.
She is an employe of the Boston
Store and it was there she made the
acquaintance of "Mary Smith," one
of the girls whose confession impli
cated a dozen men and two women
in loop store girl trade.
As a result of the story of "Mary
Smith," Julius Levy, of 3815 W. 13th,
went to the Bridewell for a year
after a trip to Judge Hopkins' court.
Six store girls from the Boston
