Art Magirl stopped Mike Hirsch of
Chicago in the tenth round at Mil
waukee. Hirsch did not lead in a
single round. Magirl gave him a ter
rifice whipping.
I. A. C. men scored 13 points in the
preliminaries of the 22d annual in
door meet of the First Regiment A.
A. Butler of Dubuque college and
Pershing of Univ. of Chicago equaled
the Central A. A. U. record for the
40-yard dash in qualifying heats. ,
Joie Ray ran awpy from the field in
the two-mile race. Finals of the meet
will be held tonight
