LABOR INDICTMENTS UP
Fifty labor leaders indicted by
State's Att'y Hoyne for alleged con
spiracy, extortion and malicious mis
chief will be arraigned before Judge
Kavanaugh in the criminal court to
day for hearing. Ass't State's Att'y
Raber will not ask for immediate trial
and several att'ys for the defense will
ask that the cases be continued till
next fall
