BY JANE WHITAKER
Oh, how I've longed for you,
Hqped for you, yearned for you
Wanting to feel your caress on my
lips;
Treasuring joy of you, never alloy of
you,
Drinking your beauty in thirst
quaffing sips.
Now you have come to me,
Warmness of sun to me,
Would, oh, my dear, I might always
cling;
Knowing the breath of you, never
the death of you,
Queen of the heart of me, wonder
sweet spring. !
