GRAND JURY MAY HEAR THE
EATON-ROWE CASE
The Thompson-Lundin crowd had
nothing to say today regarding an-,
nouncement from State's Att'y
Hpyne's office that he intended to
present Eaton-Rowe split-salary
scandal to present grand jury.
This action will be taken unless
Ass't State's Att'y Buehler, who has
been asisgned the case by Hoyne,
finds that there is nothing in the case
strong enough for action.
However, Mrs. Eaton, who brought
the charges, will have a chance to
tell Hoyne her story.
