BOY OF 12 YEARS BUILDS HIS OWN AUTO
GOES 25 MILES AN HOUR

tey, 12, wanted an automobile, but
couldn't find one built just the way
he wanted it, so he built one himself.
Halgar has a little workshop in
the basement of his home and for
four months he has spent his spare
hours building the machine. He
built everything except the engine
I am not large.
In fact, I sometimes can be covered
