GAY AS A POPPY!
SY BETTY BROWN
The scarlet poppy may have been
the model for this quaint little beach
FitU with skirt cut in petal points. It's
made of taffeta, as many bathing
suits are this summer and it is as
gay colored as the rainbow.
The skirts and deep girdle are scar
let The underwaist and baggy
bloomers are black striped in poppy
color. It is a practical little suit and
not at all beyond the reach of the
home dressmaker. The waist and
"trousers" are, of course, all of a
piece. The skirt and deep girdle are
separate.
