CANCEL BABY SHOW FEAR
The baby show of the Irish Coun
ties Social union of America, to
have been held Aug. 27, was ordered
postponed yesterday by Acting
Health Com'r Koehler because of a
fear of spreading infantile paralysis.
Koehler reported that out of the
71 cases handled by the County hos
pital only one victim died. Fifty-four
are still undergoing treatment.
Officers of the Irisn society said
that the postponement of the baby
show would not interfere with the
picnic to he held on the '27th,
