Because of the irregularity of the
motion picture business it is neces
sary to use the utmost care in guard
ing the health of my little daughter.
I employ a baby specialist tQ watch
every moye of the child. Some peo
ple may think me foolish in this, but
it seems to me to be only a necessary
precaution. We are careful of her
diet At home I prepare all her fo6d
myself and the meals that we eat at
Universal are specially cooked.
For breakfast Zoe has a soft
boiled egg and toast, preceded by
a light cereal and cream. Every dayN
she drinks a quart of certified milk, a
portion in the morning and the re
mainder at niglit. At noon she eats
her heavy meal, consisting of meat,
two vegetables, sometimes soup arid
a plain egg custard or fruit for des
sert. We allow her meat only once
