a judge who has a plan for making
it safe for citizens to cross the street.
He deals out jail sentences to rich
men, poor men, society -women and
joy-riders.
Since July 1 he has.sentenced 25
.traffic violators to jail.
This number included Mrs. Mar-

garet Henry, society woman, and
Milton J. Dyer, clubman and archi
tect, who designed Cleveland's
$3,000,000 city hall and the work
house to which he has been sen
tenced for 45 days 'on a charge of
driving an automobile while intoxi
cated. '
