This "Purple Lady" was gowned
by Premet and I am presenting a
sketch of her ladyship to show one
of the new Paris models in afternoon
gowns.
The chiffon velvet of skirt and col
lar are in the deepest, warmest tone
of purple. The underblbuse and
sleeves are orchid tinted Georgette
crepe. The same material forms
panels at the side. These panels are
lined with Georgette crepe that
matches the skirt in color. The
chiffon velvet cuffs are trimmed at
the top with buttons of twisted silk.
