ITS A PARIS IDEA, THIS BASK-COAT

It's from Paris made by the fa
The three-quarter length coa is
fitted with basque-like snugness at
the waist line, but flares into a sort
of tunic skirt in fiat defiance of the
new fashion edict against flares.
The pouch pockets are set on like
aprfcn- pockets, close to the front.
Velvet in balsam green, with trim
mings of raccoon is the material used
raccoon, by the way, is the popu
ar fur trimming of the hour.
