E.'Chadsey, sup't pf schools of Detroit, appeared before schools committee of the city council today and gave some democratic opinions on the public school system, which should make Chicago groan once more because of its possession of a school head of the caliber of Jakey Loeb. Among the points touched by Chadsey were: City council should control public school system and also the public school budget. All information about schools should be available o public officials.
