WILSON CHEERED BY GERMANS
Cincinnati, Ohio, Oct. 26. To em
phasize the necessity for all people
in this country, to unite in their alle
giance to America, the nation of na
tions, Pres. Wilson came to Cincin
nati today. He arrived at 11:30 and
received a tremendous reception.
Hamilton county, whose German
population is such that no election
was ever won here without the sup
port of the German vote, put party
lines and persbnal feelings aside to
tender the executive one of the
greatest demonstrations he has re
ceived, Germans were on all. the commit
tees, their presence was marked in
the crowds, and there was every evi
dence of their intention to give the
president a clear impression that his
was to be a fair hearing in a com
munity reported hostile to him.
BOMB THROWING A MYSTERY
