handed Judge Foell, witnesses testi

Mrs. Keehn testified that Roy de
serted her on March 6, 1914. -She
said she didn't know why. Other
witnesses didn't know why. ,

ciety gossip carried the story of the

flashed forth continually.
"Why did Roy leave home?" was

A "Yes."
Q "Has he kept any personal ef
fects there since?" ,
A "No."
Q "Do your know whether he has
established any other home for him
self since he-left you?"
A "He has 'a home on Cornell
