"CAP" SENTENCED TO JAIL x
"Cap" Streeter was sentenced to
60 days in jail by Judge Foell for
failure to comply with court order to
remove a windmill of Streeters which
projected slightly on the property of
Mrs. Katherine M. H. Besley. The
"cap'n" will not go to jail till appel
late courts have passed on his case.
